2.1. We accept online payments through Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfer. Customers will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete their transaction.

2.2. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within Dhaka city limits only. A small processing fee may apply.

2.3. If paying by bank transfer, customers must provide proof of payment within 24 hours after placing their order. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We will notify customers if there are any delays or issues with their order.

3.2. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

3.3. We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process.

3.4. Customers will receive a tracking number via email after the order has been shipped. The tracking number can be used to track the progress of the shipment.
